Unit 4 Reveal Math

Integer Any number
Negative Integer A number below zero and is written with a “-“ sign.
Positive Integer A number above zero that can be written with or without “+”
Opposite When a negative integer and a positive integer are the same distance from zero as each other
Absolute Value The distance between the integer and zero
Rational Number Any number that can be written as a fraction a/b, where a and b are integers, and b ≠ zero

Reflection A mirror image produced by flipping a figure across a line
