Water Motivator Principle Water discharged from engine converted into a high velocity jet stream due to a restriction in the eductor. Pressure is brought below atmospheric pressure and water flows through discharge of eductor to 2 1/2" hose to intake of engine.
Water Motivator Hydraulics Pump 150-160 psi to motivator for 100 GPM.
Water Motivator Specs 80-120 GPM Suction Lift up to 20' Discharge head pressure 20-70' Inlet pressure 50-125 PSI Loses 30% efficiency at 300' hose.
How to pump Water Motivator 100 Gallons to start in tank. 150' 1 3/4" to discharge (non-foam), 150' 2 1/2" to auxiliary intake. Pump 150-160 psi to eductor, keep tank to pump and tank fill open.

OES 378 Portable Pump Starting Procedure Check fuel, choke & engine switch. Throttle 1/3 way. Suction in water source with strainer Prime pump with 1 gallon water. Start. Increase throttle all the way to help with priming. Adjust discharge with throttle speed. Drain plug after.
