CAMOUFLAGE

What is warning coloration? When an animal stands out in their environment and has bright colors
Which animal uses concealing coloration to blend into the snowy background? Polar Bear
What type of camouflage breaks up the outlines of an animal? Disruptive Coloration
What is the purpose of mimicry in animals? To communicate with other animals and protect themselves
What is the primary purpose of disruptive coloration in animals? To confuse predators
Which animal uses mimicry as a form of defense? Stick Insect
What type of camouflage is used by a Chameleon? Changeable Coloration
