Drills Practice to learn what to do in different situations.
Emergency When something bad happens and you need to act quickly.
Fire Drills Practice for what to do if there is a fire.
Lockdown Drills Practice for what to do if there is a threat and you need to stay safe.
Intruder Someone who is not supposed to be somewhere, especially if they might be harmful.
Dangerous Person Someone who might hurt others.
Evacuate To leave quickly, especially in an emergency.
Instructions Information that tells you what to do.
Procedures The steps or things you do in a certain situation.
Safe When you are not in danger or harm.
Lockdown When you stay in a safe place to stay protected.
Barricade Blocking or closing off a place to keep it safe.
Rally Point A meeting place during an emergency.
Soft Lockdown Being careful but not completely stopping everything.
Hard Lockdown Stopping everything and staying very safe.
Reunification Site A place where people come together again after leaving in an emergency.
Counter Option A plan to deal with a problem or danger.
Distract To take attention away from something.
