polysyndeton use of conjunctions between every item within a list or set
zeugma one verb serves 2 clauses, which may have totally different meanings.
ellipsis omission of words/ phrases that will not take away from the overall meaning of a clause.
parallelism using similar words, clauses, phrases, sentence structure, or other grammatical elements to emphasize similar ideas in a sentence.
rhetorical question a question or statement that leads to an implied answer.
isocolon type of parallelism that uses a syllable length to create a rhythm in multiple clauses of a sentence
asyndeton omission of conjunctions within a list or set (not fanboys)
