Database A ____ is a computer file that is made up of a collection of many small files about the same topic.
Records _____ are a complete set of database fields.
Fields are categories of information. another term for column
Tables store the data in a format similar to a spreadsheet.
Rows appear as data (also known as records).
Columns appear as fields.
Datasheet View is the view in which you enter records.
Design View is the view in which you enter fields.
Data Types (formats) are the different types of formats in which you can store your data.
Entry is information entered into a field.
Default Value is a field property that allows you to set a field that will contain the same value for each record
Lookup Wizard allows you to create options in a field with a drop down box.
