| Chime | 1. a melodious ringing sound, as produced by striking a bell. 2. (of a bell or clock) make melodious ringing sounds, typically to indicate the time. |
| Warren | 1. a network of interconnecting rabbit burrows. 2. a densely populated or labyrinthine building or district. 3. an enclosed piece of land set aside for breeding game, especially rabbits. |
| Pelt | 1. To attack (someone) by repeatedly hurling things at them. |
| Silhouette | the dark shape and outline of someone or something visible against a lighter background, especially in dim light. |
| Preoccupation | the state or condition of being preoccupied or engrossed with something. |
| Froth | a mass of small bubbles in liquid caused by agitation, fermentation, etc.; foam. |
| Regiment | a permanent unit of an army typically commanded by a colonel and divided into several companies, squadrons, or batteries and often into two battalions. |
| Incinerator | an apparatus for burning waste material, especially industrial waste, at high temperatures until it is reduced to ash. |
