Waves are split into 2 categories, Strings and Pipes
String Ends End and start with NODES
Pipes have two types, open pipes and closed pipes
Open pipes ENDS Start and end with ANTINODES
Closed pipes ENDS Starts with NODE, ends with ANTINODE
Count Harmonics: Strings Amount of ANTINODES
Count Harmonics: Open pipes Amount of NODES
Count Harmonics: Closed pipes Amount of ANTINODES and NODES minus ONE
Nodes Where two waves cancel out, resulting in zero amplitude.
Antinodes Where two waves overlap, doubling the amplitude.
Antinodes are examples of constructive interference
Nodes are examples of destructive interference
PHASE REFLECT: Lower Density to Higher Density Out of Phase (180)
PHASE REFLECT: Higher Density to Lower Density In Phase
AMPLITUDE: Lower Density to Higher Density Lower
AMPLITUDE: Higher Density to Lower Density Higher
