Explain the legal implications of the Patient care report Patient reports can be called to court at any point in time they are always to be treated with the utmost care
Understand how to document refusal of care, including the legal implications 1. Advice you gave as to the risks associated with refusal of care 2. Report clinical info, such as LOC, showing competency of PT refusing care 3. Note pertinent PT comments and any medical advice given by med control

The patient's chief complaint or your perception of the problem.
