What is Cardio respiratory Fitness? It is the fitness of your heart, lungs, blood, and blood vessels. It is your bodies ability to do an activity for a long portion of time.
What is in the Respiratory System? Your lungs and air passages.
What is in the Vascular System? Your blood and blood vessels.
What are the benefits for your heart? A fit heart can pump more blood with less beats.
What can happen if you have bad nutrition or lack of exercise? Bad health side effects like Varicose veins or Atherosclerosis.
What can Atherosclerosis lead to? Coronary Arteries and heart attack.
What are the benefits of exercise for your lungs? Daily exercise keeps your lungs healthy and fit.
What are some basic facts about the heart? It is a muscle that pumps blood and oxygen on average 70 times per minute and the healthier you are the less it beats per minuet.
What is the best type of exercise to keep your cardiovascular system fit? Aerobic exercise for at least 20 minuets straight and it has to be rhythmical and repetitive.
True Aerobic Workout In a anaerobic workout you shoot up into your target heart rate and then drop out over and over
FITT Principle F= Minimum of 3 times a week - Within your target heart rate zone T-Minimum 20 minutes T=Aerobic Exercise
What is overload? Overload is increasing the intensity of your workout to reach your target heart rate.
What choices to you make everyday to improve or decline your health? Nutrition, sleep, exercise, and activity.
