AT Legislation Terms and Defintion

Gaskin vs. PA (2005) a class action lawsuit brought on behalf of Pennsylvania public school students with various disabilities, dealing with multiple violations of the students with said disabilities.
Elementary and Secondary Education Act (2001) a federal law that funds primary and secondary education emphasizing high standards and equal access.
Assistive Technology Act (2004) a law that ensures the continuation of funding for assistive technology
