IFB means Information Forbid
RFP means Request for Proposal
Summery has how many words? Usualy 250 words or less
Asummary consists of the definition or problem, proposed program, qualifications and experince, timeline and budget estimate
Introduction states what? Subject & Prupose,Statment of problem, and State of the art technologies
