charge To ask for a certain amount of money for a product or service
cruise A holiday taken on a ship, often stopping at interesting places
ecotourism Helping people take environmentally-friendly holidays
equipment Tools and machinery used for a particular task
household Connected with a house or flat and the people living in it
pollution Chemicals and smoke that damage the air, rivers, and land
route The exact direction followed to get from one place to another
rubbish Stuff that people throw away
tax Money that a government makes you pay for various purposes
jetlagged Feeling confused due to a long-distance travel and time difference
pigeon A grey or brown bird often found in towns or cities
temperature The warmth of the body when ill, usually measured in degrees
binoculars Equipment used to see distant objects in more detail
blood The red liquid that carries oxygen in the body
curious Wanting to know more about something
drive To be motivated or compelled to achieve something
engage To take something seriously and become involved with it
grow To develop and learn more things
headlamp A lamp worn on the head for hands-free lighting
paddle To make a boat move using a paddle
paintbrush An object used to apply paint onto a surface
power The supply of electricity to a place
sunblock A liquid applied to the skin to prevent sunburn
vehicle An instrument used to achieve something. eg moving from one place to another or expressing an idea.
