Rates of Reactions

TermDefinition
Rate of Reactioin The change in concentration per unit time of any one reactant or product.
Catalyst A substance that alters the rate of chemical reaction but is used up in the reaction
Activation Energy The minimum energy which colliding particles must have for a reaction to occur
