| peer relationships | associations or connections between equals in an organizational context |
| security | safety or the feeling of being protected, can also refer to job security |
| achievement | something accomplished, typically by effort or skill |
| recognition | acknowledgement or praise for good work or accomplishments |
| positive feedback | constructive responses that encourage further good performance |
| responsibility | duty or obligation to complete certain tasks or roles |
| advancement | progress or development in a career or organization |
| career ladder | a series of successive positions in a job field, each with more responsibility than the last |
| personal growth | development in personal abilities, skills, or self-awareness |
| empowerment | giving power or authority to someone, typically to do their job more effectively |
| consult | seek advice or information from someone |
| hierarchy | a system in which members of an organization are ranked according to power or status |
| hierarchical | related to a system where people or groups are ranked one above the other according to status or authority |
| delegate | assign tasks or authority to another person, typically one who is less senior than oneself |
