In that space between Stimulus & Response is "Freedom to choose" (4 HUMAN ENDOWMENTS) - Self-Awareness - Imagination - Conscience - Independent will
The two creations (when something is built) The first creation is an intellectual creation. - The second is a Physical creation.
The 4 quadrants of the Time Management Matrix: Quadrant 1. Urgent & Important Quadrant 2. Not urgent but deeply important Quadrant 3. Not important, but Urgent (Important to others) Quadrant 4. Not important nor urgent
Habit 4 - Think Win-Win comes - Character - Relationships - Agreements - Win-Win systems & processes
People listen at one of 4 levels - Ignoring - Pretending - Selective listening - Attentive listening
the 5th level of listening is the heist form which few people ever practice - Empathic listening
4 autobiographical responses: - Evaluate - Probe - Advise - Interpret
Empathic responses: 1. Mimicking 2. Rephrasing 3. Reflect feeling 4. Rephrase content and reflect feeling 5. Say nothing
Synergizing Creates the possibility of 3rd alternatives. Strength lies in differences, not in similarities. Synergy Requires; -A common purpose -A common sense of meaning -A common sense of mission
The 4 dimensions of Renewal - Physical - Spiritual - Mental - The Social / Emotional
The "Upward Spiral" Renewal is the principle & the process that empowers us to move on an upward spiral of growth and change, of continuous improvement.
