QuestionAnswer
What is a solution? The number that represents the variable that makes the equation true.
What is a variable? A letter that represents any number.
How do you isolate the variable? You use inverse operations on both sides of the equation.
What do you need to plot a point on a coordinate plane? A ordered pair.
How do you find function form in a linear equation? You solve for Y.
What is the ratio for finding slope. Rise/Run.
If a linear equation is in function form, how do you find the Y intercept using only the equation. The constant is the Y intercept.
