¿Cual es el metodo definitivo para conocer la etiologia de la enfermedad?¿cuales son las complicaciones del estudio? - Aislamiento del patogeno - Se da en periodos tardios de la enfermedad cuando el paciente puede que ya haya sido sometido a terapia antibiotica - Se necesitan conocer los anticuerpos producidos en cada periodo de la enfermedad -1 es de escaso valor
¿En que se fundamenta la prueba de antigenos febriles? Se expone al paciente a un antigeno en especifico (salmonella o brucellosis) si este reacciona (se aglutina) es porque tiene anticuerpos, confirmando el diagnostico
¿Cuales son los antigenos de la salmonella? A. paratyphoidA (flagelo A) A. paratyphoid B (flagelo B) ME100 A. typhoid H (flagelo H) mS 96,2 A. typhoid O (a. somatico D) MS 95 - mE 99
¿Cuales son los antigenos para brucellas? - Cepa 11193 - Bacterias en fase lisa - 100 E S - 4-6% concentracion de antigenos
¿Cual es la tecnica rapida en placa? Se utilizan 50 microlitros de suero y de la solucion con el antigeno en especifico que se estudia, se mezclan durante 1 min y se observa, si tiene aglutinacion es + y si no -
¿Cual es la titulacionrapida en placa? - Se divide la placa en zonas de 4cm2 -Se agregan 80,40,20,10 y 5 de suero mas 1 gota del antigeno en cada una -Se repiten los pasos anteriores 4+,todos aglutinan,3+ el 75% aglutina. 2+ el 50% aglutina, 1+ el 25% aglutina, 0 no hay aglutinacion(+<2)
¿Como se dan los valores de sospecha, probatorios y concluyentes con una prueba de titulacion rapida en placa? 0,08--> 1:20 0,04-->1:40 0,02-->1:80 0,01-->1:160 0,005-->1:320 Concluyentes manor a 1:320, sospechoso entre 1:40 y 1:80, confirmatorio mayor a 1:80 mas HC
