Slippery Slope A wild chain of events. If this happens, then this...this...this...and THIS will happen
Hasty Generalization A general statement or conclusion that is made without sufficient evidence.
Circular Reasoning The use of an argument's conclusion to prove the argument.
Red Herring A distracting side-argument is used to avoid addressing opposing views.
Either/Or There are only 2 options: only A or B.
False Analogy Based on misleading comparison (2 things that should not be compared)
Non-sequitur The conclusion does not follow the previous statement in a logical manner.
Strawman An opponent's opinion is oversimplified and attacked.
