OPM Organizational Project Management, the systematic management of projects, programs, and portfolios in alignment with organizational goals and strategies
PERT Program Evaluation and Review Technique, a project management technique used to estimate the time required to complete a project
PDU Professional Development Unit, a measurement used to quantify approved professional development activities for project management professionals
BAC Budget at Completion, the total budgeted cost of a project
RAM Responsibility Assignment Matrix, a chart that maps the work of the project team against the project's scope and deliverables
SPI Schedule Performance Index, a measure of project schedule efficiency, calculated as the ratio of earned value to planned value
CPI Cost Performance Index, a measure of project cost efficiency, calculated as the ratio of earned value to actual cost
PDM Precedence Diagramming Method, a project scheduling technique used to show the relationships between activities in a project
