Blood Pressure (BP) The pressure of the blood against the walls of arteries when the heart contracts and relaxes.
Sphygmomanometer Instrument that measures blood pressure.
Systolic Top number of the blood pressure reading-L ventricle contracts and pushes blood
Diastolic Bottom Number of the blood pressure reading- L ventricle relaxes and fills
