The "Knapp Commission" Provides distinctions between "grass-eating" and "meat-eating" types of police corruption.
"Grass-eating" Most common form of police corruption, the receiving of small bribes and gratuities.
"Meat-eating" More serious corruption, involves the active seeking of illicit money-making opportunities. (TRUE)
