Transitions Math Vocabulary Chapter 1

Count | A whole number tally of particular things. |
Counting Unit | The name of the particular things being tallied in a count. |
Measure | A real number indicating an amount of some quantity. |
Unit of Measure | A standardized amount with which measures can be compared |
