| Camaraderie | Mutual trust & friendship among people who spend a lot of time together |
| Technology Student Association | Student organization that allows students to develop and apply technology skills in a competitive and educational environment |
| Agenda | A sequential list of topics to be discussed at a formal meeting |
| Chairperson | Person who presides over a business meeting |
| Leadership | Ability to influence or guide others |
| Characteristics | Identifiable feature or quality of a person, place, or thing |
| Brainstorming | Technique used to gather ideas from a group that involves the members of the group thinking of as many idea as they can in a short period of time |
| Vision | The ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom |

| Strategy | A plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall aim: |
| Self-Regulation | Refers to how you manage your emotions, behavior, & impulses |
| Emotional Intelligence | Ability to understand and manage your emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of those around you |
| Empathy | Capability of understanding of another's person's experiences & emotions; ranked as the top leadership skills needed today |
| Self-Awareness | Having a clear understanding of your strengths, limitations, emotions, beliefs, and motivations |
| Negotiation | A discussion intended to produce an agreement; usually involves compromises from each side |
| Compromise | Settlement of dispute that is reached by each side making concessions |
| Concession | A thing that is granted or given up in response to a demand |
| Audacious | Showing a willingness to take surprisingly bold risks |
| Executive Function | Consists of mental processes used to control and coordinate cognitive skills needed for professional success |
| Equivocal | Open to more than 1 interpretation; ambiguous, unclear |
| Committee | A group of people appointed for a specific function |
