brainstorming technique used to gather ideas from a group that involves the members of the group thinking of as many ideas as they can in a short period of time
vision the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom
objective goal
strategy a plan of action or policy designed to acheive a major or overall aim
self-regulation refers to how you manage your emotions and behaviors & impulses
emotional intelegence ability to understand and manage your emotions as well as reconize and influence the emotions behaivors and impulses
empathy capability of understanding another persons experiances and emotions ranked as the top leadership skill needed today
self-awarness having a clear understanding of your strengths, limintations emotions belifs and motivations
negotation a discussion intended to produce an agreement usally involves compromises from each side
compromise settlement of dispute that is reached by each side making concessions
concession a thing that is granted or given up in response to demand
audacious showing a willingness to take suprisingly bold risk
executive function consist of mental processes used to control and coordinate cognitive skills needed for professional success
