Hablan español en (España, México, Ecuador etc.) They speak the Spanish (in Spain, Mexico, Ecuador, etc.).
Se habla español en cuatro continentes. Spanish is spoken in four continents.
Se habla español en (Suramérica, Norteamérica, Europa, África etc.) They speak (target language) in (South America, North America, Europe, Asia etc.).
Se habla español en los estados unidos. (The United States) is a Spanish-speaking country.
