Admendments

1st admendment guarantes freedom of religion, speach, press, assembly, and petition
2nd admendment ensures right to keep and bear arms
3erd admendment set conditions for quartering of troops in private homes
4th admendment regulates search, sizure, and warents having probable cause
5th admendment Adresses protections against self-incrimination, gaurentes of due process, eminent domain, and grand jury indictment
6th admendment Gaurentess right to a speedy, public trial and an impartial jury; to confront witnesses, and to have an attorney
7th admendment preserves right to a jury trial in civil case
8th admendment ensures no execive bails or fines, nor cruel and unusual punishments
9th admendment unenumerates rights of the people
10th admendment reserves the powers of the states to the people
