Math Compare and Order Rational Numbers

| improper fraction | a number consisting of a whole number and a proper fraction |
| mixed number | a fraction in which the numerator is less or of lower degree than the denominator |
| proper fraction | a fraction in which the numerator is less or of lower degree than the denominator |
| repeating decimal | a decimal that has a pattern that repeats |
| subset of numbers | a collection of numbers inside a collection of numbers |
| set of numbers | a collection of numbers |
| Venn diagram | a visual representation of sets and subsets of numbers |
| integers | he set of counting (natural) numbers, their opposites, and zero |
| counting numbers | the set of positive numbers that begins at one and increases by increments of one each time |
| order numbers | to arrange a set of numbers based on their numerical value |
