| localize | v: to limit to a particular place or region; to determine the specific place of origin; to collect or gather in one place |
| locomotion | n: movement from one place to another, or the power of making such movement possible |
| locus | n: a specific point or place; the central point, as of some activity |
| mediate | v: to (try to) resolve differences between parties who are in disagreement, as by placing oneself in the middle between them |
| mediocrity | n: the state or quality of being ordinary or mediocre; a person of average ability |
| relocate | v: to move to a new place, especially a new residence or section of the country |
