| Skill | Description |

| Arm Bar | Pinning combination: reach with both hands to pull an arm out from under an opponent to place it behind the back. |
| Chicken /Wing | Pinning combination: threading the arm around the elbow so that your arm extends back to the middle of the back. |
| Leg turk | Pinning combination: leaving your chest on your opponent while you reach back to hook the near leg, between the legs, above the knee. |
| Power-Half | Pinning combination: forcefully placing your forearm on the back of the head while throwing on a half nielsen. |
| Spiral Ride | Breakdown Position: outside arm prys on the far leg, inside arm prys under the near tricep, while the legs run in a spiral motion. |
| TW w/ Ankle | Breakdown Position: far arm has a tight waist while the near arm chops lifts at the near ankle. |
| Shelving | Maneuver of extending an opponent's leg to finish a takedown. |
| Funk Roll | Maneuver of passing the ankle from the near side of the chest to the far side of the chest while rolling across your back and returning to your belly. |
| Chin whip | Neutral defense to a shot by looping outside arm around the head and under the chin, far arm goes in the far armpit, stepping over your opponent with your hips to flatten them to their back. |
