| Riding opponent | Controlling and wearing down your opponent from the top position, while looking to get them off balance. |
| Pinning Combination | Controlling your opponent from the top position with the intent to get a fall. |
| Break down | From the top Position using your ride to get your opponent's hips flat on the mat and off-balanced. |
| Tight Waist | From the top position, extending your arm around the far side of the belly to control your opponent. |
| Single Leg | Leg attack, footsteps to the outside, head on the inside, shoulder this the hip. |
| Double Leg | Leg attack, foot steps between the feet, head on the outside, shoulder this the hip, both legs get wrapped up. |
| Hi-C (Crotch) | Leg attack, foot steps between the feet, head on the outside, shoulder this the hip, one leg get wrapped up. |
