SkillDescription
Riding opponent Controlling and wearing down your opponent from the top position, while looking to get them off balance.
Pinning Combination Controlling your opponent from the top position with the intent to get a fall.
Break down From the top Position using your ride to get your opponent's hips flat on the mat and off-balanced.
Tight Waist From the top position, extending your arm around the far side of the belly to control your opponent.
Single Leg Leg attack, footsteps to the outside, head on the inside, shoulder this the hip.
Double Leg Leg attack, foot steps between the feet, head on the outside, shoulder this the hip, both legs get wrapped up.
Hi-C (Crotch) Leg attack, foot steps between the feet, head on the outside, shoulder this the hip, one leg get wrapped up.

Inside ties Hand fighting strategies where the wrestler reaches between their opponent's arms.
