Spanish nouns can be either masculine or feminine. Masculine nouns use the definite article el feminine nouns use the definite article la
Tú and él : "you" and "he" are written with accents to distinguish them from the possessive tu and the masculine article el tú vienes = "you are coming" tu casa *your house" él tiene = "he has": el problema = the probiem
