Through crowded streets, approaching intersection at "Blind corners", passing school zone passing other vehicles which are stationary, or for similar dangerous circumstances, the maximum speed for PASSENGER CARS, MOTORCYCLE, MOTOR TRUCKS & BUSES; 20 kph
The maximum speed for CARS & MOTORIST in high-risk pedestrian areas is; 30 kph
The maximum speed for CARS & MOTORIST in Low-risk pedestrian areas is; 60 kph
