| -ling | A suffix that means small |
| -let | Another suffix that means small |
| -cule | A suffix that means VERY small |
| -ulent | A suffix that means full of |
| -ose | Another suffix that means full of |
| Molecule | A single unit of one or more atoms |
| Turbulent | full of violent motion, unstable, or chaotic |
| Yearling | an animal, such as a calf or deer, between one and two years old |
| Fledgling | a bird with new feathers needed for flight OR a young or inexperienced person |
| Underling | someone who works under another person and is of less importance at that job |
| Islet | a small island |
| Ringlet | a small curl of hair |
| Rivulet | a small stream or river |
| Minuscule | extremely small |
| Animalcule | a microscopic organism, such as an amoeba |
| Succulent | something that is juicy, or full of juice, and delicious. It is also a kind of plant with thick, fleshy leaves and stems that can store water |
| Fraudulent | false, full of fraud, and aiming to deceive |
| Verbose | talkative, long-winded, and use too many words to express themselves |
| Bellicose | aggressive and quick to fight |
| Grandiose | full of grandeur to the point of being showy and ostentatious |
