million The numbers 1,000,000 (or 106)
scientific notation A short way to write very large or very small numbers.
SI system A measurement system used throughout the world that is based on the powers of 10.
standard notation The most common form of written numbers.
trillion The numbers 1,000,000,000,000 (or 1012)
