| Negotiation | Discussion aimed at reaching an agreement. |
| Bias | Prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair. |
| Objective | Not dependent on the mind for existence; actual. |
| Eclectic | Deriving ideas, style, or taste from a broad and diverse range of sources. |
| Dilapidated | (of a building or object) in a state of disrepair or ruin as a result of age or neglect. |

| Sustainable | Able to be maintained at a certain rate or level. |
| Pertinent | Relevant or applicable to a particular matter; apposite. |
| Recession | A period of temporary economic decline during which trade and industrial activity are reduced. |

| Perishability | Characteristic of products and services that do not allow for the product or service to be stored for sale at a future date. |
