TermDefinition
Biquadratic equation Are fourth-degree equations with no odd-degree terms. Ex: ax (elevado 4) + bx (elevado 2) + c = 0
Rational equation Is an equation containing at least one fraction whose numerator and denominator are polynomials P(x)/ Q(x).
Equations with radicals Are equations where the unknown (x) in under a square root.
Exponential equations Are equations where the unknown (x) is in the exponent.
Logarithmic equations Are equations where the unknown (x) is in an expression affected by a logarithm.
System of linear equations Two equations form a system of equations when our aim is to find a common solution. Both of them must be linear equations.
