The last survivor becomes sole (severalty) owner.

If property is held by two or more owners as joint tenants, the interest of a deceased co-owner will be passed to The surviving owner or owners. Survivorship means that the interest of a deceased cotenant will pass to, and be divided equally among, the still-living (surviving) cotenants.
