IDS Critical Analysis

| Arduous | Involving or requiring strenuous effort, difficult and tiring. |
| Perseverance | Persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. |
| Subservient | Prepared to obey others unquestioningly. |
| Scholar | A specialist in a particular branch of study, especially the humanities. |
| Pioneer | Develop or be the first to use or apply a new method, area of knowledge, or activity. |
