| Facism | A form of government headed by a dictator. They put a nation and often a race above the individual. |
| Dehumanization | It is the process of depriving a person or group of positive human qualities. |
| Neutrality | The state of not supporting or helping either side in a conflict, disagreement. |
| Tormentor | A person who inflicts severe mental or physical suffering on someone. |
| Anti-Semitism | The hostility to or prejudice against Jews, hating Jews. |
| Ghetto | The isolated or segregated Jewish quarter in a city. |
| Holocaust | The destruction or slaughter on a mass scale, especially caused by fire or nuclear war. |

| Oppressor | A person or group that keeps (someone) in subservience and hardship, especially by the unjust exercise of authority. |
| Redemption | The action of saving or being saved from sin, error, or evil. |

| Gestapo | The Nazi police force. They were mean and very powerful in Germany during WWII. They hunted down enemies of the Nazi party as well as Jewish people. |
