Effects of drug abuse

| vulnerable | able to be easily physically, emotionally, or mentally hurt or influenced |
| anxiety | an uncomfortable feeling of nervousness about something that is happening or might happen in the future |
| convulsion | a sudden movement of the muscles in your body that you cannot control |
| depression | a mental illness in which a person is very unhappy and worried for long periods |
| hallucination | an experience in which you see, hear, feel, or smell something that does not exist |
| lack motivation | not have enough interest in doing something |
| suicidal thoughts | ideas of killing oneself |
| disrupt | to prevent something from continuing as usual |
| financial burden | something related to money that you have to deal with or worry about |
| overdependent | needing too much support of someone |
| crime rate | the number of crimes that are committed during a period of time in a particular place: |
