| Ligaments | Bones are held together at the joint by these they are like rubber bands |
| Collagen | Protein that bones are made of along with a mineral called calcium, that makes the framework hard and strong |
| Cartilage | A flexible rubbery substance in our joints, supports bones and protects them where they rub against each other |
