| What is squamous cell carcinoma? | Very aggressive, poor prognosis, excise of debulk mass: comes back. type of skin cancer |
| What is malignant melanoma? | Poor prognosis. Melanoma can metastasize (spread) to any area of the body especially the lymph nodes and lungs. |
| What signs are seen with malignant melanoma? | Lymph node swelling or enlargement |
| What is Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex? | Raised masses, lips, gums, palates, Infiltration of Eosinophils may reoccur |

| What is gastritis? | Inflammation of the gastric mucosa |
| Gastritis can be due to what? | Viral, bacterial, parasitic, dietary, FB common |
| What is FB? | Foreign Body |
| What are symptoms of gastritis? | Anorexia, vomiting, Dehydration |
| What is the treatment for Gastritis? | Antibiotics, antiemetics: metoclopramide, Chlorpromazine, H2 blockers:Cimetidine etc. Remove FB, bland diets |
| What is pyloric stenosis? | Hypertrophy of teh muscles in the region of the pylorus. Gastic contents cannon enter into duodenum |
| What are Symptoms of pyloric Stenosis? | Vomiting |
| What is the treatment for pyloric myotomy? | Sx treatment |
| What is Pyloric Myotomy? | hypertrophy of the circular muscle of the pylorus.resulting in narrowing and obstruction of the pyloric channel by compression of longitudinal folds of mucosa. |
