Cystic Fibrosis | A hereditary disease that occurs almost from birth that involves serious lung infections. |
Cerebral Palsy | A non progressive condition that is result of damage to the brain. |
Arthritis | A condition that results from inflammation of joints and surrounding tissue. |
Hearing Loss | A problem in one or more parts of the ear. |
Visual Impairment | Any eye or nerve prevents people from seeing normally. |
Chronic Health Disorder | An illness that persist over a period of time. |
