| Non-metals | Found on the far right of the periodic table |
| Luster | Characteristics of metals its means to shine |
| Malleable | Characteristics of metals and it means to be able to be flattened without crumbling. |
| Ductile | characteristics of metals it means to be able to be drawn out into a thin wire |
| Semiconductor | characteristics of metalloids and it means to conduct heat and electricity sometimes |
| Brittle | Characteristics of non metals and it means to crumble |
| Dull | Characteristics of non metals and it means to have no luster |
| Crossive | Characteristics of metals it is the ability to rust |
| Melting | state of matter change occurs when a solid goes to a liquid |
| Boiling | state of matter change occurs when a liquid goes to a gas it occurs throughout the entire liquid |
| Evaporation | state of matter change occurs when a solid goes to a gas this occurs on the furface of the liquid |
| Freezing | state of matter change occurs when a liquid goes to a solid |
| Condensation | state of matter change occurs when a gas goes to a liquid |
