| Metals | Found on the far left of the periodic table. |
| Metalloid | Zigzag line on the table, in the middle/right. |
| Non-Metal | Found on the far right of the periodic table. |
| Luster | Characteristics of metals and it means to shine. |
| Malleable | Characteristics of metals and it means to be flattened without crumbling. |
| Ductile | Characteristics of metals and it means to be able to be drawn out into a thin wire. |
| Semiconductor | Characteristics of metalloids and it means to conduct heat and electricity sometimes. |
| Brittle | Characteristics of non-metals and means to crumble. |
| Dull | Characteristics of non-metal and means to have no luster. |
| Corrosive | Characteristics of metals, it is the ability to rust. |
| Melting | state of matter change, occurs when a solid turns to a liquid. |
| Boiling | state of matter change, occurs when a liquid turns into a gas. |
| Evaporation | state of matter change, occurs when a liquid turns into a gas. |
| Freezing | state of matter change, occurs when a liquid turns into a solid. |
| Condensation | state of matter change, occurs when a gas turns into a liquid |
| Deposition | state of matter change, occurs when a gas turns into a solid. |
| Sublimation | state of matter change, occurs when a solid goes into a gas. |
