Why does Brutus lead the others in having the group smear their hands with Caesar's blood? | To make their act a public one- that they are not hiding the need for the murder. |
What purpose does the servant bearing a message from Antony serve? | Antony is afrid for his own life- he sends a messinger. |
How doesAntony act when he sees Caesar's murdered body? | He breaks down, wishes he were killed. |
How does Brutus respond? | That the sorrow for Rome became greater than the sorrow for Caesar. |
