English reflexive pronouns myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself, ourselves, yourselves, themselves
When there are 2 or more reflexives verbs place the reflexive pronoun in front of each verb Ejemplo: Me despierto, me levanto y me baño. (I wake up, I get up and I take a bath).
With reflexive verbs use definite articles (el, la, los, las) in front of parts of the body. Ejemplo: Me lavo LAS manos (I wash my hands) to avoid repetition.
Before (something/doing something) antes (de)
After (something/doing something) después (de)
Leave the verb in infinitive (ar, er, ir ending) but change the reflexive pronoun to the correct form After "después de" and "antes de" Ejemplo: Me duermo después de ACOSTARME. (I fall asleep after going to bed)
