What is aerobic exercise? Exercises that improve the condition of the heart and lungs. They are moderate- long durations exercises powered by "burning" fuels with oxygen
What is anaerobic exercise? brief, strenuous, or intense exercicse, not powered by oxygen burning, that lasts only a short period of time
