Area The amount of space inside a figure
Hypotenuse The longest side of a right triangle
Parallelogram A four sided figure with opposite sides that are equal and parallel
Perimeter The measure around and object
Quadrilateral A four sided figure
Rectangle A parallelogram with four right angles
Square Four equal straight sides and four right angles
Triangle A three sided polygon
Trapezoid Quadrilateral with one pair of opposite sides
Polygon A closed plane figure formed by 3 or more line segments that intersect only at their endpoints.
